12:26:19 So welcome everybody to the final fall session of restorative reset. I'm Jen Barati. 12:26:25 I always appreciate everybody taking care and following medical advice during any wellness session. And always just knowing that you can reach out. 12:26:33 There's always support through the OZA community. 12:26:38 You can reach me before. After any sessions. Reach out to any of your networks, your local networks. 12:26:46 And especially to family. 12:26:55 And then as always. I'm grateful for everybody. Keeping this container safely for everybody. 12:27:06 And I just wanted to share some resources to hopefully support you as this is our last session for a while. 12:27:13 There's so many free opportunities that you can access on your own during the holidays. So job in mind is, it's really near and dear. 12:27:22 So we did it during COVID and I did about 50 meditations on it, especially for educators. 12:27:29 So there's a lot of free ones. And then I think it only costs really like the equivalent of a cup of coffee per day. 12:27:36 So, it's really reasonable and I use it myself whenever I'm in need, which is almost every day basically, especially when I'm going to a different school. 12:27:47 I know I need a lot of support. As well. So hopefully you'll find this supportive. 12:27:51 I'm going to show you some other links. I've also included in the resource page, this resource, 4 steps of Irest inner resource, which we've been working on. 12:28:01 So this might be supportive as you continue to work on your own, you know, I'd like to. 12:28:05 Shares many resources. I can find this is also from the Exalted Warriors Foundation. So they work with veterans specifically. 12:28:14 And so this might be supported worksheet that you can access. As you discover your inner resource, see what imagery you're words and with a felt senses. 12:28:23 And there's also pass recordings. You can find this on the OZI website. So I've included all the various links from these tabs. 12:28:30 On the resource page so you can find it there easily. And so you can find all the different recordings for resort of reset and mindful moments with Shelley, Professor Shlley. 12:28:41 And there's so many more resources for students as well. So just know that. There's so much out there and hopefully one of them or many of them might resonate for you whenever you need to. 12:28:54 And this is an upcoming. Webinar. So I've been attending these and there's a recording that I shared on the resource page. 12:29:02 For restorative practices that you can use, especially with students and within your school environment. So sign up for those are coming up in December in January. 12:29:13 And then this is the resource page just in case. So lots of just different things that I've just shown you. 12:29:19 The links are all there. 12:29:24 So hopefully that's supportive for you. 12:29:28 And then as always we'll do our IRS practice and we'll come into a little bit of gentle yoga movements at the end. 12:29:36 So is there anything that Anybody wants to share? Yeah. So I think Eric just put it on the. 12:29:47 Oh, she's now has it on the, and on the, restorative reset page too. 12:29:53 And then I can send it to you remind me. Yeah, so just in case. Yes, but perfect. 12:29:59 I'm glad that you asked. 12:30:03 And then we've been talking about the inner resource. So let's come back to that page now. 12:30:13 So the inner resource. We've been accessing it through words. We've been accessing it through imagery. 12:30:21 And maybe you've been practicing with that. Just knowing that you can come back to it anytime. 12:30:27 You know, really I come back to it. All the time whenever I need to feel it ease, especially at night if there's stuff on my mind I might. 12:30:36 Just come back to the inner resource and open my senses and feel my way. So there's always support, you know, you don't have to be in a really big challenge even, you know, just even wanting to. 12:30:47 Take a moment you know during their work day So furthering this inquiry today, we're going to come into the inner resource, especially the felt sets. 12:30:56 So feeling it in the body. Feeling this okayness and ease. Being curious where you might notice it. 12:31:02 Just knowing it's always in the background. Even when emotions and thoughts are outshining it in the foreground. 12:31:09 And perhaps as you continue to experience and practice over and over, little and often, just like everything else that's practiced. 12:31:18 And a resource will become more instantaneous as a physical sensation. You could easily access it whenever you need to. 12:31:25 So during this practice, I'll guide you through the inner resource practice, especially the felt sense. And then maybe inquire into each. 12:31:33 Just be curious, see what unfolds. See what lands, see what feels perfect. Or feel free to allow my words to just float away. 12:31:41 Just stay with the felt sense in the body. And then during the session, of course, you can just come into any comfortable position. 12:31:49 Standing just staying in one spot or moving. Laying down or sitting. And then falling asleep or resting, alert or awake. 12:31:59 All states are okay. And then if you find some discomfort, feel free to open the eyes gently, ground the feet or find movement in the body. 12:32:09 The invitation throughout today and the rest of this week. And until maybe we meet again in January to perhaps intentionally practice the inner resource using any of the resources. 12:32:19 I've shared or anything else that you just discovered on your own. And just keeping whatever feels important to you. 12:32:27 Being curious. Staying with that inquiry. And connecting at a moment's notice even during the day to that feeling of okay. 12:32:36 So as you're ready, let's complete our time together with some irres, integrative restoration. 12:32:42 I'll just stop the share here. Just start by settling in. 12:32:49 Just taking a few moments to. Settle into any comfortable position that the bodies longing for. 12:32:58 Eyes can gaze or Stay open or closed. 12:33:08 Just trusting everything supporting you. 12:33:15 Maybe allowing yourself to let go completely. 12:33:25 There's any residue of this morning or of the day. And the residues of this month. 12:33:35 You might imagine tucking it away. 12:33:40 Or gently laying it down. 12:33:44 Placing it in a drawer. Just recognizing him back to it. I'd be feeling more refreshed. 12:33:52 Ready later on. 12:33:58 Just taking a few moments as you would allow the census to explore. 12:34:05 Freeing the senses all around. 12:34:13 Maybe welcoming sensations of. Where the body feels the ground. 12:34:22 Touching various textures or surfaces. 12:34:33 Maybe allowing the census to feel the space is all around. 12:34:39 Noticing places of warmth or coolness. 12:34:48 Of color or light. Shadows. 12:34:58 And the opening up to sounds. 12:35:02 Even coming from the body. 12:35:05 Or inside or outside of the room. 12:35:11 Nothing to fix or change. 12:35:16 Notice any taste or sense. 12:35:20 Any fragrances. 12:35:27 Just giving a moment to the body to make any final adjustments. 12:35:32 It feels completely comfortable, okay? And at ease. 12:35:41 During IRS might you greet every messenger pointer. 12:35:47 Just as it is. 12:35:54 Reflect upon the heart's deepest desire. 12:35:59 Longing or contribution. 12:36:05 Your purpose for this lifetime. 12:36:10 You're why in the world. 12:36:17 Experience and affirm the felt sense. 12:36:22 As though you're living and expressing it already. At this very moment. The entire body. 12:36:35 Reflect upon an intention. 12:36:39 Your wife at this moment or practice. 12:36:44 One that might support you and realizing the heartfelt desire. 12:36:54 Perhaps an intention of feeling the inner resource in the body as physical sensation. 12:37:04 Just noticing whatever resonates for you at this moment. 12:37:12 Remembering and fully welcoming this intention. Or beloved for a friend. 12:38:56 Maybe a wisdom figure or symbol. 12:39:01 And it's also acceptable if there's no images at all. 12:39:08 Inviting my words in or allowing them to just float away. 12:39:15 Bringing in whatever resonates for you. 12:39:23 Perhaps connecting to the inner resource with all the senses to imagery of a place in nature. 12:39:33 A snow filled forest. 12:39:38 Listening icicles. 12:39:44 Light through the trees. 12:39:50 Perth he sent. 12:39:57 Cool wind. 12:40:03 Rustling branches. 12:40:09 Nature sounds. 12:40:16 Or perhaps being held or holding a loved one. 12:40:20 Maybe even a fur friend. 12:40:25 Heartbeat. 12:40:30 Natural cent. 12:40:35 A feeling of warmth. 12:40:42 Soft textures. 12:40:52 Perhaps there's words. I feel nice. Can open up the neck when you're ready, bring in some extension. 12:53:06 Numbering some dynamic. Let me bring to one side and then bring in some twisting. 12:53:13 Thank you, these are things you can even do on a bus or in a car. In bed. We're watching TV. 12:53:20 So bringing movement can be incorporated to all of life. Just like IRS meditation and then maybe bring this lateral side bend. 12:53:27 Just think very gentle. Just releasing any tension. I know I hold a lot of attention my shoulders. 12:53:33 Maybe the shoulders can release. Just take a moment. Okay, inhale, shrug, exhale with a sigh. 12:53:39 Inhale.
